AK-AIMH is please to announce our Diversity Endorsement Scholarship program in support of Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Endorsement® (IECMH-E®) in Alaska.

Making Endorsement more accessible and affordable is a core component of AK-AIMH’s 2021-2026 Strategic Plan. The AK-AIMH Diversity Endorsement Scholarship provides individuals of culturally marginalized or disenfranchised groups with the opportunity to obtain Endorsement in Infant Mental Health or Early Childhood Mental Health. The AK-AIMH Diversity Endorsement Scholarship is geared towards fostering an Endorsement system that respects and embraces diversity and inclusion. 

Eligibility:

  • Candidates who identify as Black/African American, Hispanic, Alaskan Native or American Indian, Asian, Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander

  • Candidates who experience economic disadvantage

  • Candidates who identify as gender diverse

  • Candidates who experience a disability

What the scholarships cover:

  • IFA/ECFA = Application fees and 100% processing fees

  • IFS/ECFS = Application fees and 50% processing fees

  • IMHS/ECMHS = Application fees and 50% processing fees

  • IMHM/ECMHM = Application fees and 50% processing fees
